The Fishery

For a diversity of fishing opportunities look no further than Hawford Bridge. The 5 mature lakes and 1 mile stretch of river offer a variety of fishing challenges throughout the year. Whether you are a keen match angler or just a pleasure fisherman we can offer a lot of variety within any single day. Whether you wish to tackle the hard fighting ghosties and perch in the stillwaters or seek out the chub, barbel and pike on the river you will always be welcome.

To support our objective of providing a quiet, mature fishery with quality fish stock we ask that keepnets are only used in matches. We strictly observe the Close Season on the river. Please read and respect the rules for the fishery.
